Logan Sharky, is the first police character played by ArcticAndre on TwitchRP. Peter began his journey as a transfer from Las Venturas and rose through the ranks to eventually lead the Los Santos Police Department as Deputy Chief.
History[]
Logan was born to Linda and Steven Tucker on February 12, 1992 in Las Venturas. However, these two young teenagers were not prepared to foster a young, helpless child. They knew that they could not successfully raise a child, when them themselves were still children who made a mistake. With what seemed to be no other optioned, Logan was turned over to the adoption agency only days after his birth.
Logan lived in and out of foster homes in the greater Las Venturas area until the age of six, where he got news that he never thought he was gonna get: he was adopted. He was filled with joy to meet his new parents. "I hope she's a teacher!" he told the adoption agent happily. When little Logan walked through that door, he was caught by surprise.
A very tall, blunky man stood in a state troopers uniform. His campaign hat tucked under his arm, his aviators blocking whatever he was trying to say as he looked at the young man walking through the door. Next to him was a short and slim man with blonde hair, his face lighting up. He was also in a uniform, but one that was more welcoming in Logan's eyes: a paramedic uniform. These two men came to be Sergeant Tim Sharky and Paramedic in Charge Robbie Sharky, but to Logan, they became dad and dad.
Logan went and excelled through school, even joining the high school football team. Robbie encouraged him to focus on academics while Tim wanted him to focus on sports and physical training. In an effort to please both of his parental figures, he did both. He continued to strive until graduation date came and he walked across the stage, the top 15% of his class academic and captain of the state champions' football team.
Logan, however, did not have a future set for himself. Sure he could go to college like Robbie wanted, but Tim convinced him to focus on a different career: law enforcement. Five months later, Logan would gradaute with the 178th class of the Las Venturas Police Academy and joined his father on the state police force.
Logan excelled during his field training, and in just six months, achieved the rank of Trooper. Everything was great for Logan until June 27th, 2017. "Dispatch calling 1T-17. Second call, 1T-17." Tim always answered his radio. "5T-583 responding," Logan quickly cut off the dispatcher. The dispatcher sent more units to follow soon after, but it was too late. At the bottom of the fifty foot drop, blood dripping down the stream, was the body of Lieutenant Tim Sharky, with a single shotgun bullet in his skull. Logan was the first one there, but was the last to leave. He stayed there for hours with the detectives until a call came across his phone: "Logan. I know you're going through a lot, but, come down to Eastern Hospital for me." Click
Logan's radio was off. His lights and sirens however weren't. He arrived to the hospital in a flash, seemingly unbothered to anyone that didn't know what was going on deep inside of him. "I need you to identify the body of Robbi-." He broke. Under that campaign hat, behind those aviators, Logan broke the rule that Tim gave him: "in this life, you lose people, but you cannot be sad that you lost them, rather be greatful for the time you had with them." The tears sneaking down behind those glasses made it clear to the hospital staff that the trooper standing in front of him would never be the same again.
Buried together, two weeks later: Robbie and Tim were put to rest. Logan grabbed his paperwork, a file from the cabinet. This attack against his family was organized. By who, Logan was determined to find out. A Captain in the undercover agency pointed him to one location: Los Santos.

Time in San Andreas[]
Logan landed in San Andreas to meet Lieutenant John Smith of the Los Santos Police Department. He was given an introductory ride along, followed by an interview with Captain Seth Kyleson and Lieutenant Richard Valentino. He was soon hired on to the Los Santos Police Department. After three weeks of training, he reached the rank of Officer in August of 2018.
Logan quickly made a name for himself in the department, getting his field training officer certification and pilot certification after working closely with Captain Seth Kyleson, who was a part of the team of captains that ran the Los Santos Police Department. Captain Yackie Silver welcomed Corporal Logan Sharky to the Criminal Investigations Division and he was tasked to train new recruits to the division who were interested in long term investigations and undercover operations.
December of 2018 though brought change for the Los Santos Police Department. For the first time, the Chief of Police for Los Santos was up for a public election. Logan's field partner, Kyleson, won the race. The meeting with the governer had the goal to appoint Logan was Deputy Chief due to his dedication and clear knowledge of the department operations. However, a pending internal affairs investigation forbade this transaction, and his appointment to Deputy Chief was blocked. He was allowed to be promoted to the rank of Sergeant however, leading the Criminal Investigations Division.
Logan continued to build a reputation for himself in the city of being a stern but fair cop, focusing on his mission to find who killed his fathers. He didn't care about the rank, in fact he was quite glad that he was Deputy Chief. He could focus on what mattered to him. Logan himself became a well known and rather well liked cop in Los Santos during this time, being easily identified by his new bright pink hair. His reputation eventually reached back to the governer.
Seth sat Logan in his officer one brisk morning in February of 2019. He needed Logan to be his Deputy Chief-to counter his nice guy attitude. Seth needed someone who could balance him out and not be a "yes man" of a Deputy Chief, like his current one is. With approval from the governer, he was ready to appoint Logan. Logan shared the story of his fathers with Seth, declining the offer. Seth however, wasn't ready to budge, striking him a deal. Logan would be Deputy Chief and Seth would make it a priorty for the Criminal Investigations Division to work on the Sharkys' case. Logan agreed.
The dynamic duo were inseperable, being reelected as Chief and Deputy Chief again in a reelection in March of 2019. They pulled sixteen hour shifts together every day, stopping crime, and bettering the department every step of the way. They were one unstoppable team until April 5th.
"Alpha 3, Bravo 7, forming Command 1. Command 1 10-41, 10-8, active shift command." The broadcast went over the radio as any normal day. The patrol was slow, but that didn't stop the team working together to work to make sure crime as at a minimum. After Logan's heartattack just a week earlier, the two didn't mind a slower day anyway. Seth didn't even believe Logan should be on duty, but Logan insisted, discharing himself from the hospital just 48 hours after the incident. However, both were shocked to see a bank robery on Hawick Avenue kick off. Excited for some action, Command 1 routed to the bank.
Negotiations were rough from the beginning. Logan took command and had a hard time with these new criminals. Logan, feeling heated up and ready for some action after a couple of slow days, ordered a breach on the bank, himself taking lead. Shots were fired. Five individuals hit the deck: four criminals and one deputy chief.
Seth looked at Logan. "Haha, funny joke, come on man, get up." Logan was tougher than this. A couple of bullets to the vest never stopped him. A pool of blood suddenly became to fill the room. "ALPHA 3, GET ME A DOCTOR READY." Just seconds away from the hospital, Seth picked up Logan and carried him in Pillbox medical. The resident senior doctor Don Johnson was ready in the operating room. Five bullets pierced the vest, one hitting the heart of the Deputy Chief. The doctor, however, was not ready to give up on him. He performed life saving surgery. Logan was alived, but the only thing keeping him as such was life support as he was wheeled into the room.
"I'm sorry Seth. You're his only emergency contact. You know wha-" Seth bursted in a mixture of anger and sadness "I KNOW WHAT THE NOTES SAY DON." Seth looked at the body where he lively Deputy Chief occupied. Seth looked around him, Lieutenant Paul Rhodes and other officers were standing next to the chief. Several minutes of silence, only broken by a few sniffles and tears hitting the hard, freshly waxed floor. "It's what he would of wanted Don." The doctor wipes a tear from his face, waits for the cue from Seth, and pulls the plug. beep. beep. beeeeeeeeeeeeeep.
"Bravo 7. 10-7, 10-42 for the final time. Gone, but never forgotten." Deputy Chief Logan Sharky was dead. The murders were never brought to justice, following the path of his fathers. A funeral service was held, in attendance was the entire police department, including one young Cadet Mara Fox. Corporal Andre Oxberg flew a plane in the service, into a tree. Whoops. The entire police department dyed their hair bright pink in support of their late Deputy Chief. The city had lost a great friend, but Seth lost his best friend.
